Anytime is the perfect opportunity to incorporate new practices into your daily routine. Start small. Set aside 5 to 10 minutes daily to center and balance your energies.
Simply by placing your hands on your heart center allows the universal life force energy to flow through you, grounding you. Think of a positive intention or affirmation you would like to set for the day ahead. It could be as simple as a word or a phrase. The important point is that it feels right to you.
You could set up a specific space in your home – it doesn't need to be elaborate, where you can go to center yourself. It could be a cushion in the corner of a bright, quiet place. Light a candle or bring in crystals you feel called to use. It’s important that you feel comfortable and it feels right for you.
